Staff was courteous and professional from the initial phone call to the pick up of my vehicle. Excellent service as my vehicle was properly repaired and ready before their initial scheduled time.

My car looks wonderful, so I am very happy with the results with 2 exceptions. The door handles are totally different, which look and feel cheap and I haven’t checked yet to see if they light up when touched like the original ones. Also, the cargo area of my car was dusty and covered in white powdery stuff. I would expect it to be as I know they had to work back there. It would’ve been nice to have had it cleaned before delivery. I will check with Progressive on Monday concerning the door handles.
