Whole process was very smooth. Excellent communication throughout. My only suggestion: When the customer picks up the vehicle upon completion, one of your staff should go out with them and review your work "This is the result" "How does if look?" "I hope you're pleased" etc Better than just handing off the keys and "Good Bye"
