I think it would be a better to "walk" the customer out to their vehicle and explain the work done as compared to the damage. . Basically, a presentation.

The repairs look fantastic, the paint job looks incredible, everyone I personally had to interact with was awesome. I will definitely recommend Olsen's to anyone that tells me they need work done. I used Olson’s Auto Body for my car repairs after my Jeep was hit in the parking lot of my work. They were great at communicating with me during the process of repairing my vehicle, and had excellent customer service. When I picked up my car not only was I very pleased with their repair job, I was pleasantly surprised to see they totally detailed my vehicle! It looks and smells brand new. I’d recommend them to anybody!
