First thing, Crash Champions needs to know that vehicles you are working on are the property of the owners; not the insurance companies!!! All decisions regarding repairs should be between the repair facility and owners, then the insurance company and owners can work out the details of repair before work commences. Then the repair facility only has 1 master (owner) to answer to the rightful owner of vehicle ( the 1 who pays for the vehicle and insurance). The very reason shop owners are always the ones in the middle!!! He who owns and pays is boss! It is about shop owners grow a pair and stop letting the insurance companies be the bullies they are. The whole system would improve if everyone handled their responsibilities.
