Crash Champion damaged my vehicle while repairing the damage that a deer did to my vehicle. When I took my vehicle back to Crash for Ashley (Estimator) to look at the damage that was done (in their shop) to my CR-V, she refused to look at all of the damage. She kept saying, “We didn’t touch the damaged area.” She was rude and unprofessional. I will never, ever use Crash Champions to do any other repairs on any vehicle that I own. If Crash Champions doesn’t pay to have my vehicle repaired, I will seek legal action against them. I will also file a report with the Better Business Bureau concerning their unprofessionalism and the damage done to my Honda CR-V.

Even though the work looks good I can't recommend anyone based off the problems with communication. Unfortunately I don't know if the communication issue is fully an front end issue or an back end issue but I wasn't pleased with it at all.

Communication was not given in a timely matter on most of the delays especially on the initial date of completion. My car was suppose to be completed on a Friday @ 4pm and I called around 3pm that day to make sure it was on track for me to pick up to find out on that day that a part was not in their possession. Something that should should've been said to me days before hand knowing that if you didn't receive the part at an certain time that it would be ready the initial date of completion. Called multiple times was told my car was almost ready for my completion date to be changed several times without little to no detail on why it was delayed further and rushed off the phone by the receptionist.
