I thought the process was entirely too long. Two months to fix? Also, the communication was great the first few weeks then it stopped. I never knew what was going on. When I would call there and have to leave a message the messages were not returned by Marilyn. I don't think she ever checked the answering machine.

Again, Marilyn was always "swamped" and did not have much time to answer my questions. She also told me numerous times not to worry about rental charges from Enterprise, then all of a sudden I was charged almost $600. I am still waiting to be reimbursed by Crash Champions.

Driver side bumper is off by mm.(photos can be provided). It was not noticeable at the time of pickup. The car was parked on the door. Then there was a snow storm. Felt lining in wheel well not installed properly at the repair site(photos available for this also). The work is guaranteed so I will take it back for those minor corrections.
