I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Crash Champions, especially Ebony at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, Ebony was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. I immediately felt like I was in good hands, and honestly, her exceptional customer service is the reason I chose Crash Champions. Ebony stayed in communication with me throughout the entire repair process and kept me updated every step of the way. When I unexpectedly had to fly to Texas, I became worried about how I would get my repaired car to my elderly parents, who live locally and are no longer able to drive. Ebony went ABOVE AND BEYOND by personally driving my car to my parents’ house for me. 🥹❤️ That was so much more than customer service—it was genuine kindness and compassion. She didn’t have to do that, but she did, and I will never forget it. Crash Champions is incredibly lucky to have someone like Ebony representing the company. She made the entire experience so much easier and truly was a Godsend! If you’re looking for a body shop, I highly recommend Crash Champions.
