Though the shop was communicative, I did have some unfortunate experiences with a chatbot receptionist that slowed down the process. Also, the shop did not look for potential internal damage to my vehicle despite this being discussed during the initial estimate call until it was time for me to pick up the car. It all worked out in the end, but it would have been good for that to occur sooner in the process.
