Front dest associate was very professional and had great customer service. Laura was my advisor she kept me informed step by step through the process of my car being repaired. Once car was ready she walked to my car and went over the car to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely use Crash Collision again if needed i the futire.

I had an amazing experience with Crash Champions! They did an incredible job fixing my car, and it honestly looks just as good as the day I got it. The entire process was smooth, and they kept me updated every step of the way. I especially want to give a huge thank you to Laura. She was so kind, professional, and helpful throughout everything. She answered all of my questions, made sure I understood what was going on with my repairs, and truly went above and beyond to make this stressful situation so much easier for me. I appreciate everyone at Crash Champions Pembroke area staff and team. The lady who took my claim was very polite and went into detail over all the damages and repairs. I wish I could remember her name. If there's a way to see who had my claim, my name is Brandon Stewart. She is awesome! Car drives smooth and almost like brand new. Crash Champions will be my go to if I ever run into a situation like this again. Also they were finished a whole week the expected date!
