Having your Eray out of service for more than a month is tough! But dealing with Hendricks, ESPECIALLY with Tiffany made it bearable. I can’t say enough positive comments about her professionalism and pleasant personally. She always kept me up to date and always responded quickly to my questions!

After the glue that was applied to attach my bumper melted, the bumper fell off, again. The ENTIRE bumper is not mesh (even the part that took 3 hours to repair.) Now I have melted glue showing and a still hanging unmeshed bumper that rattles if go faster than 45mph. I’m VERY disappointed with this work and regret coming here.
