My experience with Gerber collision and glass was outstanding. Working with Kayla and Robbie was the best part of all. Both of them did everything in their power to make sure my car was taken care of and ready for me by the date I needed it. Robbie did a great job on my car and we are so very pleased. I was very impressed with the fact that my husband and I were updated during the process as it progressed. Thanks again Robbie and Kayla for a very good job, Well Done!!

I think everything went excellent but I am concerned about the new exhaust experience I’m having with the car.

I think the repair was done very well based on what can be seen. The quality of the parts looks good and I’m guess the exact matches needed. An area of concern would be the new exhaust pipe noise since the repair. The repair was for the front and front passenger side of the car so I’m not sure why the exhaust make a new noise and rambles when turning car on.

I didn’t meet the repair team personally but the customer service representatives that organized the service were excellent.
