I am happy with the repair, it looks good, my front window was not cleaned well, it so smudged, especially on repair side, and your receptionist needs customer service training, she isn’t at All nice or understanding on the phone and when I picked up my car she didn’t acknowledge I was standing there while she was handling personal business on the phone. When I asked about my key, “I know”, no smile

Amber is a wonderful employee. She listened to our concerns and is doing everything to rectify the issues.

The communication was great, the delay to schedule and wait for parts was a little frustrating though and our battery was dead when we went to pick it up. As it was after hours that was a little difficult -but Amber was great-so responsive and helpful
