We can help our customers through the complete insurance process from start to finish. This includes getting their claim settled quickly with the responsible insurance company, setting up their rental, and delivering outstanding customer service until the repairs are complete. We offer a lifetime warranty through our shop which is separate from the lifetime warranty provided by the insurance company. Therefore, our customers receive double coverage on their repairs, which in turn can give them peace of mind that their repairs are being performed properly.

Just received the truck back; so far the work seems to all have been done to my satisfaction. The exception to that statement is a rubbing that is taking place on the front right portion that was worked on. Something is not a good fit or properly done. I was told I would be asked to return the truck so that some work could be finished; unfortunately I thought that was a wheel swap not a fitting / redoing. Overall I am satisfied and appreciate your willingness to work with me. Not having my truck for a month, I was expecting finished and perfect.
