Honestly, everything about my experience was exceptional. I had to reschedule due to illness, and they were so kind and understanding. I tend to overshare when planning things out, and Jaime jumped right in, helped me through the details without making me feel like an inconvenience, and truly made me feel valued as a customer. They were transparent and thoughtful when it came to cost — they prioritized keeping the repair affordable without compromising safety, and made sure I got the best deal possible for the work that genuinely needed to be done. They kept in consistent contact throughout the entire process and returned my vehicle in even better condition than I expected. Of course their paint and body repair work is outstanding — that’s what they’re known for — but they even went above and beyond with the little things. My cupholders came back completely clean and grime-free, and let me tell you, that is not how I turned the car in. Finally they also coordinated seamlessly with the local Enterprise, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. No one ever wants to deal with vehicle repairs — it’s stressful and inconvenient — but Jaime and the team at Miami Nutting Paint and Body gave me confidence in who I’ll trust with my car from here on out.
