This includes getting their claim settled quickly with the responsible insurance company, setting up their rental, and delivering outstanding customer service until the repairs are complete. We offer a lifetime warranty through our shop which is separate from the lifetime warranty provided by the insurance company. Therefore, our customers receive double coverage on their repairs, which in turn can give them peace of mind that their repairs are being performed properly.

The actual body work on my car is great. I recommend their work! The only thing I didn’t like was the grease spots that were left on the inside door handle area and the inside windshield on the driver’s side had been wiped with a dirty/greasy rag. I didn’t expect them to detail my car, but at least clean up any “mess” they had left.

We have several family members and friends who use Crawfords. I have not heard of anyone else having an experience like ours, lucky us. Even though the actual work done on my car was great we will not return for future needs and I will not be able to recommend it to people I’m close to and that’s unfortunate.

Let me start by saying that the actual work completed on my car was excellent (still waiting on window trim pieces to come in and I have confidence those will look great as well). My vehicle was dropped off on 3/30/23 and work did not even begin on it until 4/13/23. It was noted on our insurance that my vehicle was dropped off on 4/10/23 (11 days after it was actually dropped off, that is absolutely ridiculous). The lack of communication between Crawfords and our State Farm insurance and us was extremely lacking. From our understanding there was a computer glitch that occurred between Crawfords and State Farm, instead of either party getting anything figured out blame was placed on the other, leaving me without a vehicle for over 2 weeks while my car was sitting forgotten in the lot. I feel confident in saying my car was forgotten in the parking lot due to this “computer glitch” even though my husband called Crawfords and State Farm numerous times. I understand things happen and I understand a hail storm leads to a busy time. What I don’t understand is how a car can sit for 2 weeks while the owner is calling about it and something not be figured out. My vehicle had hail damage, it was perfectly fine to be driven but we were never given that option because each time my husband called he was lead to believe work on it would be started, instead our car just sat there untouched. I was fortunate in that I was able to borrow a family members vehicle during half of the time but then was left without a car for almost a week. Had I been paying for a rental car during this time I can not even imagine how expensive that would have been for over 2 weeks, all while my car was forgotten and not even being worked on. That is unacceptable. I was not going to send a review but after the multiple texts asking for a review, here it is.

Given the volume of the cars damaged by the hail storm they were dealing with , it took a little longer to get in to repair. But they did a great job.
