Thank you for your excellent service. Your team members were kind and provided excellent service. Even when insurance may have been confusing, your team members went the extra mile to ensure high quality service. My only comment is that my car smelled like a cigarette when I picked up, and I am a non-smoker, but other than that - it was a fantastic experience! 5 stars out of 5!

The customer service was great. The ladies at the front desk were prompt and professional. The quality of work was top notch. I had a few scratches that were repaired as a courtesy. The car was delivered on time. A few years ago, I had work done at Crest and the difference is significant. I was not pleased before. Now, I will refer my friends and family. I’m fact, I have a other car with light body work that I will take to Crest.
