My car is the one that the tow truck driver refused to leave there when he improperly demanded payment for it on 1/5/26. Everyone there at Crest has been so friendly and helpful during a really odd situation. I feel bad saying I hope I never have to see you again but it's only in a business sense. We're practically neighbors, I hope to see your friendly faces out and about. Thanks for everything!

My car actually went missing on the way from my house to Creat due to a sleazy rogue tow truck driver who refused to leave it with Crest on 1/5/26. It took my insurance 9 more days to arrange for it to be delivered to Crest properly. None of that was Crest's fault. During that time I had several calls with Sheila at Crest. She recognized my phone number and would great me so nicely when I would call and always kept me updated as best as possible under the circumstances. Then Emily took over once the car was finally under their car. She is such a nice and smart young woman, kept me updated on the progress and also helped when I had one minor issue after I picked up my car.

Sheila and Mark and Emily were all so very helpful and pleasant to work with. I had one small issue after I picked up my car but they were quick to help when I brought it back and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I hope I never need their services again but I will always choose Crest Collision when needed and will spread the word about their top notch services.
