I feel like the completed work was good, but the lack of timely communication and the three part delays marred the experience. I haven't had to do repair work in over 10 years, so maybe these delays are common......but 16 days to do what I thought was a fairly minor repair.....I don't know......

Yes, the car looks good.......but the delay and lack of communication still made it an unpleasant experience. Jesse, the guy who was my contact person, was knowledgable and nice, but he just didn't update me (I always had to initiate contact) and the delays for 3 parts seemed excessive.

The repair itself came out fine. Their representative was nice, but I had to call him for updates. I don't know what else is ahead in the survey, so I will wait to explain further.

We are happy with the work done on our Camry. The damage was down to bare metal and we can't see where the damaged area was. Paint coverage was matched perfectly. Because the painted area was small, Crevello's staff use leftover paint to touch-up a small area of front bumper that had been scuffed up from prior parking parking damage
