I am undecided due to the adjuster that handled my car. The work on my car, I am satisfied although I have to bring it back in for further repairs. Communication during the process(whether good or bad) would have been very helpful and as a customer, would have gave me understanding of anything that may have came about. But I did not get anything unless I called. Being that I did not get any calls or updates, left me to assume that everything was going according to schedule which was far from true.

The work done to my car is great! Cannot tell I had been in an accident. The only problem that I have is that the equipment for my car which caused the delay for me receiving my car, still haven’t been installed. Adjuster stated “somebody” cancelled the part so it had to be re-ordered. Also they had to order new parts that were broken when putting the car back together. So I will have to return.
