I had to come in a second time because a lower textured number was not replaced even though the deep scratch was obvious. I used to prefer Crivello’s over all other body shops. But the lack of attention to this detail raised flags. I live 60 miles away from the shop because I was used to the quality and professionalism. I mentioned the distance I had to travel of 240 miles round trip just to het the quality I was used to. Jesse my rep was not seemed to not show any consideration for just how much time I had drive. My time is worth much more to me and I don’t plan on returning. Unless a warranty concern comes about in the future.
