Cross Town Auto Body is a Family-owned Business of 30 years that works with all insurance companies and take pride in servicing our customers. We take pride in making insurance claims as seamless as possible for customers and insurance companies by having an open honest policy on what to expect during the duration of repairs. We help customers from start to finish with their claim which includes getting the customer car towed in, providing a comparable rental vehicle, providing pictures of the vehicle being worked on to show we are doing the right job, inform customer of when the repairs will be done. We even return the rental. We also take pride in making the insurance claims extremely easy for the insurance companies by sending photos of damages, all 4 corners, odometer, vin tag, and estimate within 72 hours of the insurance company sending an open assignment claim. We use ARMS Enterprise system to keep rentals updated, use CCC one to do supplements (if needed). see google reviews
