You took 2.5 months to repair the vehicle because you couldn't figure out which parts to order. When I eventually received the vehicle back, I was stranded on the side of the road and had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership because you didn't tighten the coolant hose properly. This resulted in me having to use a AAA tow and have my vehicle down for nearly an additional week. This experience was extremely dissatisfactory and all that Collision has done to rectify these issues is to say sorry, which honestly doesn't do anything to satisfy me. I work for Mercedes-Benz corporate and am definitely going to provide the details of my experience to MB of Manchester.

Quickly got my car in. Filled the scratches and painted the bumper. Also I received a call as they noticed 2 small rust areas near each light and they repaired and painted those spots. Looks excellent. They matched the black paint perfectly! I am a repeat customer. Very happy with the results.
