I would HIGHLY recommend Crossroads collision for any type of body work. My 2024 Tacoma got sideswiped after crossroads collision did their magic you would never know that my truck was hit. The office and technicians are truly professional!!!!

Crossroads did a great job on the repair. My only quibble is that I was told it would take 7 business days and it took double that. If there had been a little more communication that would have been good. I was certainly impressed that they not only washed the outside but did some inside detailing as well.

I have the upmost gratitude for the team at crossroads collision. Both Vanessa and James did such an awesome job of communicating with me. Taking care of me getting my car taking care of and helping with the easy transition with the rental. the most important experience is that they both listen to me.The damage to my car was done by vandalism And it was very difficult for me to have to deal with that. Both James and Vanessa were so kind to listen to me and made me feel like family. They communicated throughout the repair process to include what I needed to do next to include helping me scheduling the rental car. The rental car dropped the car at the shop We had a big snowstorm the night before and when I arrived the lot was clear and everything went so smoothly. They communicated with me throughout each step ,from when they were taking my car apart to when it was back together and ready to pick it up. It was easy, smooth in and out, and the work was flawless My car is so beautiful and back in my possession in a very short time thank you guys so much. I can’t say enough how you guys were so good to me. And the amazing work that you did to my car.!!!
