Crossroads did an excellent job on my vehicle repair. When I picked the car up it was very clean and ready to go. I also was very impressed with the way they handled update on the repair. I would receive updates, pretty much daily, on the status of the repair. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process I would definitely use Crossroads in the future if necessary (. Hopefully I won’t need to. Pat

Communication was satisfactory. Time to complete the job was not as the car was in your possession for a week prior to repairs began & I needed a rental car while the car was parked on your lot. This could have been better.
