Second time getting my car repaired here, unfortunately for me. But throughout the whole process, aftermath work, and the people who work here made the whole process so easy for me! The repairs were more extensive than I first thought they would be. Consequently my car was at Crown Collision for the entire month of June. The holdup may have been the result of the insurance adjuster.

As I said in my Text, I greatly appreciated the above and beyond effort starting from Lucy having a loaner Truck arrive within minutes of me dropping off my Colorado for repairs, John immediately checking my truck in, periodic texts of repair status, Joshua replying to me with the detailed estimate, to getting the truck back to me in under 3 weeks. In better condition then before the accident seeing they detailed it. I noticed you even reinstalled the door edge guards I had installed. Thank-you all for a fantastic job. I hope I never “have to” use you again HaHaHa!!🤣
