My Experience

I am so happy I brought my car to Crown after my accident. Everyone has been so very helpful from the beginning and kept me in the loop almost daily about the progress being made to fix my car and return it to me. The work was done expeditiously which was a welcome surprise. Thank you to all of you at Crown, especially June and Tiago! My Mini looks like new and drives very well!

This was my first time using Crown and I couldn't be happier with the results. After my truck got backed into I was playing phone and email tag with the insurance company. Crown made it an easy and painless process to get my truck repaired. I also was able to borrow one of their cars. Definitely a great service and the advisors inside made sure everything was straight forward.

Crown collision went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. They helped with more than just repairs when two team members DELIVERED my car to me because I was having a major surgery. June and Allie made this possible with doing more than just taking payments and dealing with insurance paperwork. I could cry and give them a million stars for the support I felt today. This was not a normal circumstance and they could have just kept the car and charged me, but they reminded me that people are good and sometimes strangers make the biggest impact during difficult times.
