I am satisfied with the overall repair, though I needed to have the initial repairs fixed twice. When I was initially informed the car was completed, I went to pick up and the rear bumper was still completely scratched from the accident. I asked them to fix it. The communication was poor, and they did not tell me the car was completed the second time around. I called to check in, and I was told it was completed. I returned again to find the rear bumper sticking out from the frame. This was remediated immediately, which I appreciated. Overall I was dissatisfied with my experience having to return multiple times.

If had my colleagues have plenty of time to wait on their vehicles I would. Not if their short on it, or depending on a quick service due too rental cost being so high or whatnot.

I had to call for a follow up on the repair, the tracker that was sent via text message was not consistent with what was actually happening. Afterwards, when I went to pick up my vehicle the person who had my keys held it hostage basically because she didn't verify beforehand the status of the payment before I got there. The way I was treated felt offensive as if were stealing my own car at the moment.The service at the beginning of all of this was great, but the ending could have been better though.

The whole process was easy and simple. I couldn’t be more happy with the work done on my vehicle. They kept me posted on the progress and let me know when it was ready for pick up. Very pleasant and nice. My vehicle looked amazing and almost seemed like new! Thank you!!
