Everything was great except, we saw my car sitting out front for two days before I was called. So we had to pay for a rental car for two extra days, which was not necessary and was not offered any compensation for that or to cover it. Apparently my phone number was written down wrong so they were leaving a message for me at the wrong number, but that’s not my fault. So I could’ve had my car two days earlier and paid for two less days of car rental. That part was very disappointing!

Another flawless repair by Crown Collision, this time for my Volvo after a large tree branch fell on it. Over the years, I’ve had 5 cars repaired at Crown Collision, but since its acquisition by Vive, this shop is even better. The entire staff is incredibly polite and respectful. Lucy, at the front desk, provided constant updates throughout the repair process. Josh, the General Manager, is very knowledgeable and honest, and patiently explained things in simple terms. Finally, the repair work done by the technicians was fantastic, with the flawless final paint job just the icing on the cake! I am a very discerning vehicle owner, and this repair appears perfect to me, the vehicle looks better than new. I highly recommend Crown Collision in Bristol, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
