They were supposed to order a small cover that had fallen off of the driver side door handle, and it wasn’t done. I should have checked it when I was at the place this afternoon. I just checked it a few minutes ago.

Hi. I was definitely and completely satisfied with my repairs so far. But I was inconvenienced by having to leave an event to come for my car. I asked for one day delay due to my circumstances and no assistance from your staff. Just pay, leave rental and pick up my car. I was all the way in upper Boston trying to make it you to you before closing. We were going to prepay but I didn't really like leaving my car open there after hours. But truly thank you for my repairs. 😀
