I felt the work was done very professionally. I know it will take a year or two to know if the paint work holds up, but I have confidence it will. Also, the staff at Crown Collision were well versed, but also communicators. They let you know by text where your car is in the process. It saves calls to find out and it's incredibly helpful -- lowers any anxiety, simply because you know where they are in the process and that the process is being followed.

Staff were friendly, professional, and competent. The work was done well, and we were frequently apprised of the progress being made. We would definitely return to Crown, though of course we would prefer not to have that need. Thanks guys!

Lucy is absolutely amazing. So nice to talk to a human. She has been so informative and helpful throughout this process. More helpful than my insurance company. Unfortunately, I found myself back at Crown Collision once again for repairs to my daughter’s car this time. Just like every previous visit, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Josh, the manager, was outstanding from the initial inspection and estimate through the final pickup. Lucy, the always friendly receptionist, was also great, and kept me informed with timely text updates throughout the repair process. When we picked up the car, both my daughter and I were thrilled. The repairs were flawless, and the paintwork was perfect. Crown Collision once again delivered an exceptional job, while demonstrating a blend of friendliness, expertise, efficiency, and honesty. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle to any other collision repair shop!
