Your body shop , with Ryan at the front, is a very good operation and very customer oriented. Since 2006 ( before buying my 2007 Avalon ), I had a hail ding and damage to a rear quarter panel ( caused by somebody in a parking lot) repaired to a former vehicle . Since then with the 2007 Avalon through my current 2011 Avalon ( both purchased at Crown ) , I've used them exclusively to take of nicks, scrapes on those cars plus two of my wife's cars ( Lawrence parking lots are tough on cars! ) . My daughter whose Toyota ( purchased at Crown ) was damaged by another driver is scheduled this month for repairs . Her comment to me ' as high maintenance as you are ( making sure our cars look good ), I'd better take mine there'.
