the engine compartment insulation wasn't put back. I had to do that myself. then the fender had a poorly done paint mark. For the car to be ready for pick up I feel it was rushed just to get the insurance and deductible money because we were from out of town

This was not my first time to use CarStar. And for every reason as before, is the reason I chose them this time. From the get go to the finish, they treated me, and my vehicle, with the utmost care and respect. They helped me with transportation in order for me to get my rental transportation taken care of - too log of a story - but without them I would have been on foot. They called me daily to advise of the point we were in the process. These people treat you like family, and I really appreciate that. Thumbs up to Christian and Amanda and Marilyn and your shop team. I appreciate all of you soooo much!! I will definitely suggest you to others I come across needing like services.

Christian, Marilyn, and Amanda, along with all the people who work in the shop, did a fine job of repairing and cleaning my carp, returning it to me just as if it were a brand new car. Cristian kept me informed daily as to where in the process we were. Marilyn went above and beyond by coming and getting me from the car rental place and taking me to the bank and back to the car rental place. Plus, she waited to make sure they actually got me in a vehicle. I thank them so much for ALL they do. I will definitely use them in the future should I ever need them.
