Cua Refinishing Co., Inc. was established in 1946 by Mr. Dominic J. Cua and is presently owned and operated by his son and daughter-in-law, James E. Cua and Jennifer J. Cua. The company has maintained a fine reputation through the years and has earned much respect from the community. Our mission for being in business and our ultimate goal is to provide the finest auto body repair work in the Dover-New Philadelphia area and to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. Truck looks great but pieces of the bug shield were not put back on and it was 3 days past the completion date. Updates were nice but not on a regular basis. At the end day I quest the workmanship is the most important and is was done correctly.

When I open and close the driver side door it makes a popping noise every time. The gapping of the hood to the fenders and grill is not consistent. The roof of the vehicle was returned to me with a thick layer of dust. The rear drivers side fender that pops out was not repaired and I smell burnt rubber when driving the vehicle.

I am extremely surprised at the lack of quality, especially given CUA’s reputation. The work done on my 4-Runner was sloppy. I have a list of things that are not correct, and to top it all off a plastic cover that goes under the hood was left in my hatch. There could not have been any QC checks done in the month my car was at this shop.
