Cua Refinishing Co., Inc. was established in 1946 by Mr. Dominic J. Cua and is presently owned and operated by his son and daughter-in-law, James E. Cua and Jennifer J. Cua. The company has maintained a fine reputation through the years and has earned much respect from the community. Our mission for being in business and our ultimate goal is to provide the finest auto body repair work in the Dover-New Philadelphia area and to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. Took a week to do the initial repaint. Terrible orange peel and over spray. They also broke my headlight and tried to be slick and get away with it hoping i wouldn’t notice. Took another week for them to fix their first attempt. The day i went to pick up my truck the 2nd time, my “window fell out of the track.” Somehow. Then they didn’t understand why I didn’t felt i should be obligated to pay the $100 deductible.
