Cua Refinishing Co., Inc. was established in 1946 by Mr. Dominic J. Cua and is presently owned and operated by his son and daughter-in-law, James E. Cua and Jennifer J. Cua. The company has maintained a fine reputation through the years and has earned much respect from the community. Our mission for being in business and our ultimate goal is to provide the finest auto body repair work in the Dover-New Philadelphia area and to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. My traverse is still not driving the way that it did prior to hitting the deer. My husband and I can both feel sideways movement in the vehicle when driving it. The car feels as if it is "wobbling" to the left and right when driving. :-(

One of the reasons we chose Cua was that their website stated they had loaner cars available. When we dropped the car off, there was not one available. We were told there was to be one the next day but when we called, the customer had not returned it( which I realize was out of their hands). We were to be called the minute one was available, but we never got a call

The job was done in a timely fashion and done very well. There is nothing to indicate that there was previous damage. Cua has always stood for excellence in auto repair and have lived up to that reputation.
