Cua Refinishing Co., Inc. was established in 1946 by Mr. Dominic J. Cua and is presently owned and operated by his son and daughter-in-law, James E. Cua and Jennifer J. Cua. The company has maintained a fine reputation through the years and has earned much respect from the community. Our mission for being in business and our ultimate goal is to provide the finest auto body repair work in the Dover-New Philadelphia area and to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. I am happy with the repairs. I do think that you need to work on the email updates. I got an email that my car would be ready to pick up on Friday and that I would receive a call if there was a delay, I called to verify and they were still waiting for parts. I picked up my car on Tuesday and then on Wednesday I got an email that my car was finished and that I would be receiving a call to pick it up.
