Cua Refinishing Co., Inc. was established in 1946 by Mr. Dominic J. Cua and is presently owned and operated by his son and daughter-in-law, James E. Cua and Jennifer J. Cua. The company has maintained a fine reputation through the years and has earned much respect from the community. Our mission for being in business and our ultimate goal is to provide the finest auto body repair work in the Dover-New Philadelphia area and to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. Cua Refinishing exceeded any expectations that we could have. We were faced with a tricky situation, as the main driver is a college student in Ohio and had to come home to Md three days after the accident. He also had a very tight window to pick the car up. Cua clearly communicated the length of time for the fix and when I let them know we needed the car quicker than that, they came through in a big way. Big shout out to the person I dealt with on the phone. Amazing customer service. Really happy with the service all around.

I got my car repaired there after I had a deer accident. They had told me it was going to be a week. It ended up over a week and a half there. Then I get it back and the passenger door was sticking when you open it. Also the hood had a bigger gap on the one side then the other . I was not happy with the repairs. They were simple fixes and I should not have to had gone back to get it re fixed.
