Cua Refinishing Co., Inc. was established in 1946 by Mr. Dominic J. Cua and is presently owned and operated by his son and daughter-in-law, James E. Cua and Jennifer J. Cua. The company has maintained a fine reputation through the years and has earned much respect from the community. Our mission for being in business and our ultimate goal is to provide the finest auto body repair work in the Dover-New Philadelphia area and to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. The repair they did on my door looked good, but my truck came back with a misfire and it was running perfectly when I took it there, and they refuse to stand for it or do anything about it

The work they did was great but leaving dust all through the cab a bunch of white powered assuming from sanding. Also left paper and tape from painting in the cab I had to hand it the owner when picking up my truck

Wait time was long - 4 weeks. Nationwide did not tell the shop that the deductible had been waived (per Cua comment) which caused a longer checkout time.
