Cua Refinishing Co., Inc. was established in 1946 by Mr. Dominic J. Cua and is presently owned and operated by his son and daughter-in-law, James E. Cua and Jennifer J. Cua. The company has maintained a fine reputation through the years and has earned much respect from the community. Our mission for being in business and our ultimate goal is to provide the finest auto body repair work in the Dover-New Philadelphia area and to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. They need much better customer service. They did not reach out to us, we had to call them. When we came for scheduled appointment, they did not even know why we were there. We were never notified of repairs, just got a call when it was finished.
