Excellent work from reception intake, then managers explaination and printed least of repairs required. I was promise return of vehicle in 10 days, but given my living situation the car was ready in 6 days. The manager kindly took me home and the 6th day drove back to facility to get my car. The repairs are perfect with the add-on of bright sun protectors around the rear-view mirror, totally vacuumed interior and cleaned dashboard display. Exterior scratches from a roadway fallen tree were rubbed over and not noticeable anymore. Exterior body and glass were pristine. I was advised for the circumstance of rain water filling the car doors and either eliminating the plugs that were stopped up or not using the plugs on this rainy coastside. Most graditude for the respect, kindness and clear explanations I was given on the day I was nervous as I never had such a surprise car event in my 88 years. The accident gave me no choice when the car ahead of me had to thrown on her brakes while moving onto the left-hand green turn light from West Orange St. to the busy four-lane El Camino Real when 8 or 10 high schools boys ran in front of her vehicle against the red median light. Neither the other driver, Leila, or myself, had choice in the matter that could have ended in hitting anyone of the laughing and daring boys seeming to have challenged that red light.
