I dropped in on my way by to see what the process would be to get my car repaired. Lori and Don were welcoming immediately and explained the process clearly. From the time I dropped my car of until I picked it back up, they were helpful, friendly and kept me up to date the whole time. They even helped me navigate with my insurance company.
