I was completely ripped off, made to buy 2500 dollars with of parts I could have got myself for 580 dollars. Then would not do the repairs. Absolutely the worst collision center, Ryan was the worst and Micheal was the one who did the estimate and then refused to fix it and made me buy the parts at an unbelievable price. Will never use again and I am posting this to everyone I know to beware of these crooks, I could go for an hour on the stupid stuff they do, because I had family who worked there. Never again and letting everyone know what a rip off they are, money Hungry with no concerns for the person they take advantage of....never again

Hard to say. Our other experiences with them have been wonderful. This time it really felt different. Very different. The 7 is a historical rating dragged down by this experience.

Parts forgotten and oil leak caused by accident overlooked. Car returned nearly empty of oil. We seemed to be a bit of a nuisance to them. Hopefully this will get resolved
