As I would have given it a 10; except the technician did not check to make sure the trunk lift button on the door was working. Therefore, we have to take it back in this week. A little extra attention would have been good. Without that issue, the work done on the door was beautiful and deserved a “10”.

Wished they would have sent their revised estimate to the insurance company before they did the repairs. Had they done so, we might have had the car back three days sooner.
