Wow!!! When I first walked in to the clean, caring, and cool office that smelled like carmel and coffee, I thought..am I at an auto body shop? From the estimator cool guy to the sweet office lady everything was easy. My car looks better than. When I bought it. No more popcorn for this chubby 😜

You can see where the damage was. It is not too bad but there is one area at the bottom of the door where one of the dents were that you can see it when the sunlight hits it. Did not want to leave a bad review since I have not reached out to you guys regarding this. I could not see it when we picked it up as it was an overcast day and they had just finished washing the car and it was wet. Unfortunately, we ran out of funds from the insurance for the rental so if I bring it back, we will have to come out of pocket for the rental and that is not an option right now.

The car seems to be fine at the moment; haven’t had any problems since I picked it up. The only thing I have noticed being wrong is that my seat belts had mildew and mold all over them and are now stained from it. The back seat and mold growing as well for whatever reason. I know there was a lot to do on the car, but time management and custom communication could use some work as well.
