I have used custom auto body several times and have always been very pleased with the work and results. I was frustrated with it taking an extra 2 days due to wrong bumper ordered. 22.5 days without a car is difficult and inconvenient. But they washed and waxed my car which was unexpected and very appreciated.

I was very happy with Jim . Spoke to him 2x and kept me posted on progress. He originally said car would be ready Friday August 7 but called and said would not be ready until Monday or Tuesday and he would be on vacation but shop person would call me on Monday. Waited all day but Nobody called so I called on Tuesday morning. Seems like a communication error. That was disappointing so I suggest the day before a car is ready for pick up, some one from custom body should call the customer....not make the customer call the shop.
