When picking up my vehicle I pointed out a small dent in the passenger door that was not present when I brought it in. Mike said he would have it fixed but failed to do so and then denied that it happened in his shop.

I would not recommend bringing my vehicle to Custom Collision Center for repairs. Liberty Mutual should drop them from their network of repair shops.
