They kept my car for a month. As it turned out, the body work was done; but the hold up was that they fried my radio. They contacted FB to replace it—which you did. Honestly, they should have to. They get one in McMinnville, and they can’t figure out how to get the backup camera to work. As it turned out, it didn’t even have it as a feature. In the meantime, my 30 days’ coverage is expired. So, I go to pickup my car, and I learn, that unlike my original sound system, theirs doesn’t have a CD & DVD player either. I tell them I want them, while they try to talk my wife out of it. She makes an additional trip to Smithville for them to take it back to McMinnville to install the right system. She picks it up on Wednesday, and they come back with the same radio! And they say, they’ve special ordered one. If and when I have future needs, I’ll look for a body shop in either Sparta, gordonsville, Carthage, Woodbury or Watertown. And above all this, the $1,300 estimate turned out to be over $2,700. I’d like to talk to our Adjuster again.

Abbey and Erin were nice. But when I was instructed by an Agent not to pay the deductible until I was satisfied, my wife said they weren’t as nice.
