Custom Craft Autobody is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community since 1992. We have grown to a three-store company serving the whole central coast. Our goal is to provide high-quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners.

I am completely satisfied with the service I received on the recent repair job I had completed at Custom Craft Auto Body. Lucy and Juan were extremely friendly and professional in handling every aspect of the job. An excellent experience from beginning to end. Juan personally met me when I arrived and explained in detail what would be done to repair my car and answered every question. I received a thorough, detailed estimate along with a timeline. During the repair I was notified of how it was coming along and any slight change that needed to happen. As difficult as an accident is, Custom Craft Auto Body, made everything as easy as possible. When I picked up my car it was exactly as Juan had said it would be when finished. It was actually even better than I imagined. The paint match was perfect and the repair work was a 10. Honestly I can't say enough because I am so happy with the outcome.
