Efficient and easy. Good quality work. Never used before but my insurance company recommended them. Front desk pleasant and helpful. Technicians did a great job first look and then a final walkthrough to explain repairs.

My honda looks fantastic, can't even tell there was an issue. Picked up the car it was cleaned in and out. Very happy with everything, plus any problems guaranteed for as long as i have the car can't beat it. Staff very nice and helpful plus the updates 2xs a week. Thanks for everything very happy!!

After having to haggle with my insurer the shop was allowed to do the repairs properly. I appreciate that they cleaned my vehicle but unfortunately they used a soak the carpet cleaning method instead of dry foam so the interior continued to smell musty, moldy for over a week. Still, most shops would not have cleaned it at all.

Johnathan and his team at D&J were extremely informative and accommodating regarding my recent accident and the work that needed to be done to my vehicle. Everything was explained to me and confirmed prior to the work being done. The work was done in a timely manner and I was given updates throughout the process. The collision center was convenient as all steps took place there including obtaining and returning my rental car. I am pleased with the work that was done and would recommend them anytime.
