Receptionist was courteous and polite. They also handled the communication with Enterprise for Geico rental coverage. The engineer looked over the damage and explained what will likely be fixed. The pickup is just as good service. My whole experience was very positive.

Customer service was great the team kept me updated on the repair. While I was there I requested a quote to touch up my right door, I didn’t receive an estimate also my driver side carpet is very dirty & the wheel it seems like there was mud in the area the car was worked on. Almost like a red sand Other than that overall I was satisfied with the service
